Came across this slogan pasted outside the JN Auditorium at IISc which was hosting foss.in. The place was the target for a mad man with a gun some years back.

The world's history is punctuated by slogans. They fuel revolutions, prop up tyrants, maintain status quo and often blind perfectly sane people. The only thing they have in common is that they create a lot of noise and usually kill a hell a lot of people.
